My client is currently looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator on a temporary basis with the possibility of making the role permanent in the coming months.
The purpose of the role will be to assist with the purchase and sales ledger and deal with any accounts administration needed.
The ideal person for this role will have worked in either purchase ledger or sales ledger in the past and be confident working on Sage Line 50 and Excel.
You will be the support person or the sales person in the office who is trying to improve the customers' experience, you will like customers and enjoying helping them.
Being the customer's evangelist is just your thing.
You might get a bit of criticism for wanting to get it right first time and be frustrated that other people don't see it your way.
As Internal Sales the focus will be on dealing with customer enquiries, preparing quotations that align to the customer requirements in order to generate an order, and coordinating orders from point of order to completed purchase order.
Internal sales has a role to play in supporting external business activities to achieve sales targets and profitability.
