Customer Product Support - Harlow - £32,000 DOE Tue - Sat 37.5 hours Hybrid - 2 days in the office 3 days WFH Are you technical-minded and comfortable providing support & navigating WIFI connections, Apps or Gaming? If you love understanding how Apps and Games function and you are confident in providing customers with support online or by phone, we have a great opportunity for you to join a friendly customer support team. This opportunity gives you the opportunity to play a vital role in supporting and guiding B2C customers through technical glitches and product features. As Customer Product Support , your primary responsibilities will include: Respond to technical WIFI connections and APP queries. Give friendly customer support and guidance over the phone or through Live Chat. Problem-solving and troubleshooting technical issues on how to navigate how to use APPS from Apple Store or Google Play. Skills needed: Technically minded and experienced in product support. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset. A passion for gaming, health, fitness or sport will be a big advantage.
