We are looking for a German speaking Customer Service Adviser to provide excellent technical support, customer service and advice on all technology related issues for our client retail businesses across Europe and the UK

You will be accountable for
Providing technical support to European and UK businesses, Field Consultants, retail staff via phone or email as first point of contact, escalating complex technical/digital issues to senior team members as in when required.
This is NOT a call centre role and you will get only 10-12 calls a day .
This is a lovely BILINGUAL GERMAN/ENGLISH customer care role in which you will use your fluent GERMAN to support restaurant & hotel clients.
The job hybrid with 3 days in the office a week and you will be supporting restaurants across the DACH region with any help that they may need to set up training etc .
You will play a key role in providing IT Support across the business.
