Our client is looking for an experienced Case Manager to join their Customer Support Team who will provide high levels of service performance, customer satisfaction and proactively identify unmet support needs by taking a coordinated holistic approach to support planning.
High Wycombe / hybrid working (2 days in the office & 3 working from home)
Working Hours: Monday to Saturday 09.00-17.00 - only work 5 days a week, with 1 in 4 Saturdays, and possibly Sunday in the future.
