Working as part of a small team, the role of Customer Service Advisor will see you answering enquiries from customers of global media companies by phone, email and live chat.

We are seeking someone with retail based face to face customer services experience, preferably with a background of of working in a home improvements / DIY business or having strong home improvements / DIY experience themselves.
