As a Pension customer support agent, you will be supporting pension account holders with day-to-day queries regarding their account and pension.
You will handle up to 50 calls a day from valued customers and work to provide a positive experience with first time resolution.
This position involves managing bookings, answering customer queries, processing refunds, handling disruptions, and communicating important information to passengers.
Successful candidates will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service for our client's customers across all communication channels, including telephone, email, WhatsApp, and social media.

An experienced Deputy Team Manager is required in Fostering Families and Friends Assessment Service, and the successful candidate must have proven track record in Fostering, and previously worked as a Deputy Team Manager.
