As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Duties
- Ensure inbound and outbound calls are handled efficiently and professional manner.
We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Service Advisors with a passion for customer service to join a dynamic team on a major project for a large UK Financial Services company, assisting with inbound calls, and email queries relating to the Pension product.
The office is based in central Liverpool and will require you to be onsite for the duration of the contract.
Candidates will be required to work 37.5 hrs per week Monday to Friday 9 5.30.

My client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to work out of their main office in Bootle, Liverpool.
The main purpose of your role is to manage customer queries which will predominately be online/email/live chat, whilst ensuring excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
The job will initially be office based but will then offer the opportunity to work from home on a hybrid basis after 3 months.
