Duties
Dealing with a high volume of inbound and outbound calls.
A busy sale office requires a Customer Service Assistant to manage client order requirements and arrange deliveries, good customer service skills are need for this role.
Some of your duties will include
Dealing with orders received from customers over the telephone and by email.
Managing customer order requirements from instigation stage through to delivery stage.
Assisting in the Customer Service Department with a wide range of administration and sales support tasks.
Liaising with customers via telephone and email and understanding their individual wants and needs.
General

We are working with a leading PBSA provider, who are looking to hire multiple Customer Service Assistants to work on their brand new scheme in SW London.
You would be working in a luxury Student Accommodation property, providing general front of house support to students and service partners.
We are seeking an individual with customer service experience, you will have ideally have worked previously within a customer service focused environment, perhaps within an inbound and outbound contract centre or call centre environment.
This position is initial a 12 month fixed term contract.
