Responsibilities: Serve as the main point of contact for School Admin Staff, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Build long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty Actively listen to customer feedback and use it to identify areas for improvement Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of customer-related activities Provide personalised assistance and support to customers, understanding their unique needs and preferences Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practises to continuously improve customer service strategies Requirements: Proven experience in a customer service role, ideally within the service industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines Proficiency in using customer service software, databases, and other relevant tools High level of empathy and patience Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
