Daily Duties
Answer incoming calls from our clients' customers to discuss and arrange suitable resolutions based on their personal circumstances and our clients' criteria.
The German speaking Customer Service Advisor will be responsible for inputting orders and coordinating deliveries to customers in the BeNeLux, keeping key accounts up to date on any outstanding orders.
You will be responsible for all sales support services, tracking of shipments, maintenance of clients, handling of all information and German enquiries.
For this international client, you will be part of the international Logistics team at their Central London office and in this hybrid role you can work 3 days from home per week.
