This position is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working as a Purchase Ledger Clerk who is looking to strengthen their skills within a busy, fast paced environment in this rewarding role.
This position will be working through a large volume of invoices on a daily basis, three way matching them, resolving any queries, processing them and then reconciling statements to ensure none are missed.
Experience in processing UCDS, ATLAS, and other benefit assessment duties as per the job description.
Overall Purpose of the Job
To administer Housing Benefit and Council Tax Reduction claims efficiently and promptly to minimize fraud, overpayments, and maximize subsidy income to the Council, in accordance with government legislation and corporate priorities.
