General
You will enable them to fully leverage their subscriptions and services on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for providing market leading service and will ensure that our clients receive maximum value from their investment.
Their Customer Success team is responsible for providing exceptional experiences to their customers to ensure they can optimise their time and effort for what's really needed - the employees.
