Customer Collections Manager / £35,000 - £45,000 DOE / Liverpool City Centre / Hybrid / Permanent Adaptable Recruitment are working with a rapidly growing business in Liverpool City Centre who are looking for an experienced Customer Collections Manager to join the team Package: Salary £35,000 - £45,000 DOE Full-time, Permanent Hybrid working pattern - 3 days at home and 2 in office 25days holiday plus BHs Holiday buy & sell scheme Perk box Location: Liverpool City Centre Job Duties: Review the delivery of collections, ensuring risk management and accuracy across the board Identify and resolve discrepancies as well as their root causes Ensure targets and KPI's are met within the Credit Control team Ensure effective working relationships are built across the business to ensure that reconciliation standards are followed Production of accurate and timely information required to fulfil FCA and other regulatory requirements Training, coaching and development of existing team and new team members, holding monthly 1-2-1's etc Who will I report into? This role will report directly into the Finance Manager When will interviews be taking place? Interviews will be happening ASAP Ideal experience?
