As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be the key point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience during the final stages of their home buying journey.
Manage, support and coordinate the work of the Customer Relations team, motivating individuals to excel in their roles and meet professional and personal development goals.
PURPOSE SUMMARY
You will be responsible for the overall management of the Customer Relations Team, supporting, motivating, and coordinating the complaint workload whilst ensuring regulatory timeframes and departmental key performance (KPI's) are met.
General
Through your day-to-day actions you will ensure fair outcomes for customers whilst adhering to formal processes and policies.
Our international client requires an experienced Customer Relations Coordinator to join their team for a minimum period of 6 months
The role is responsible for managing and resolving difficult customer situations once escalated from the Level 2 team.
Key skills are showing empathy and understanding of the customer situation, and identifying solutions that maintain the customer's confidence in the brand whilst balancing the commercials.
Reporting to a fantastic Customer Service Manager, and working within beautiful, modern offices, our client offer attractive remuneration of £29K - £31K , plus a team bonus scheme, based on KPIs, pension scheme, holidays starting at 20 (BH), but rising with service, plus many other perks!
