A successful and fast paced FMCG business seeks an experienced Internal Sales Administrator / Customer Service Advisor for their site in Birmingham.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are also a must as you will be handling order and product enquiries via email, telephone, live chat and social media as well as liaising with other departments such as warehouse, purchasing and accounting.
This is a varied role in a demanding environment, so applicants as well as being able to multi-task will need to be self-motivated and able to prioritise their workload, whilst working as part of a team.
