What you will be doing
Looking after specified accounts, delivering first class customer service from order input to homeowner aftercare.
You will be accurately processing all orders within 48 hours of receipt and manage homeowner quality issues in a cost-effective and timely manner and raising priority paperwork for delivery accelerations.
