The Role
As our new Platform Operations Manager / Service Desk Manager, you will take on a pivotal role in our organisation.
A background in customer service ideal, however if you have crystal clear communication and amazing people skills my client will support and give you everything you need to succeed.

You must be aged 18 or over to be a customer team leader at Co-op, as you'll need to authorise age-related sales.
