This exciting new role is for a full-time Sales & Customer Care Co-ordinator to work across our clients' Sales and Customer Care Teams, based in Central London but with time spent visiting live sites.
The role is to support both teams in providing a high-quality customer-orientated sales and customer care service for a 12-month fixed term contract.

Salt is excited to collaborate with a UK Retailer as they seek to hire a CRM Manager to join their team on an ASAP starting, 9 Month minimum contract role where you will effectively strategise and implement direct-to-customer marketing campaigns to enhance lifetime value, loyalty, and spend using their cutting-edge automated marketing systems.
This will be a hybrid role working from their South West England HQ.
You will choose the most effective channels and messages, employing a test-and-learn approach and your day-to-day duties will include drafting creative briefs, executing campaigns, analysing results, and presenting insights to the team and broader business, along with recommendations for continuous improvement.
