In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of their failure analysis processes.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach.
The role of the Customer Service Representative is to co-ordinate and oversee the day to day operation of the Assessment Centre, managing sessions to optimise productivity and customer service, meeting and greeting all customers and visitors and working with clinical colleagues to ensure smooth running of assessments across all relevant channels.
Carry out reminder calls to customers for appointments
Answer account holder query calls, provide basic technical support to our account holders, respond to email queries using Freshdesk ticketing system, processing account holder applications, provide sales advice to new account applicants, provide advice to existing account holders, raise credit and debit invoices and make adjustments to accounts.
