We are seeking a Customer Claims Coordinator to manage the claims and repair handling process for a company in Coventry.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by efficiently handling claims, coordinating with internal stakeholders and adhering to established standards.
Main Duties of Customer Claims Coordinator
Ensure all claims are logged into the claim handling system within 24 hours and follow the claim handling process according to service matrix guidelines.
Primary day to day customer point of contact for Customers , providing proactive communication on all order related matters and ensuring best possible Customer Experience.
