We are seeking an outstanding Customer Care Representative to support our client's team based in Warrington.
This is a fast-paced role critical to the UK Service Team's success, it requires excellence in customer care, strong relationship building, accuracy, attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload.
Working to KPI's and service budgets, the role will be supporting the requirements of internal and external customers, processing and maintaining accurate maintenance records onto the ERP system, whilst providing administrative support to the UK Fleet of Engineers, including planning & dispatching engineers to jobs where required.
The Hours: 36 hours per week - Applicants will be required to work 36 hours per week on a flexible basis across Monday to Saturday in line with the branch operating hours.
As a Customer Care Advisor you'll be at the heart of building strong customer relationships enabling you to bring the voice of the customer to the site and ensuring that assigned customers' requirements are met in the most efficient and cost effective way.
Department: You'll be working as part of the Supply chain team (this position is working in modern offices and isn't a call centre environment)

The role is based in their new central city offices and the hours of work are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
The role of the Customer Care Representative is to interpret the requirements of both internal and external customers, and to process and maintain accurate and up to date maintenance records onto the in-house system.
At the same time providing administrative support to the wider team.
This role is critical to the UK Service Team's success, and requires an ability to multi-task, manage and prioritise workloads to reflect the requirements of the day.
