Job description Demon Recruitment Group is looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor's to join a leading client in Walton Upon Thames. This role is completely office based so please only apply if you are happy with 100% office based - The working hours are as follows and will include a mixture of the Monday - Friday shifts stated plus 1 Saturday per month from 9.00 am - 1.00 pm Monday-Friday 8.30am - 5:00pm 10am - 6.30pm Saturday (one per calendar month) 9.00am - 1:00pm Duties: Taking/Making inbound and outbound calls to discuss repayments Speaking to customers on chat Taking payments Negotiating payment arrangements if a customer cannot pay in full Background Customer service or retail experience (2 years preferred) Excellent communication and people skills Confident phone manner Friendly and empathetic, with good active listening skills A positive attitude and reliable Able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to provide information quickly and clearly Ability to problem solve and provide customers with options Previous experience is not required for this role, the training team will provide a bespoke training programme to ensure you have the skills and knowledge to exceed in the role.
