For our customers who are in financial difficulty, you will be more than just a friendly voice to answer their questions; you will be an attentive listener and problem solver too.
This role is designed to provide a route for an accomplished Customer Service Advisor to traverse into a position where you will be confirming orders as they come into the business either online or by telephone.
Exciting opportunity for a business minded, ambitious customer service professional with excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed.
You will be expected to work those orders onto the system.

About the role
Christmas in Boots is our most exciting time of the year, and it can be very busy, so we'll provide you with all the training and support you need to help you be at your best.You will work in a Boots store and report into the Assistant or Store Manager and your role could be to help on the tills, advise our customers, or work in our back shop.
Working with our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for in person customer engagement in communities, before, during and after planned works.
