We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced customer insight advisor to join our team on a temporary basis.
This role will involve assisting with customer complaints and addressing the concerns of dissatisfied customers to ensure their needs are met promptly and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for customer complaints and concerns, providing timely and empathetic responses.
We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy team working onsite in Banbury on a six-month contract basis with full time hours (Monday - Friday).
Your primary focus will be the first point of contact for customers who have questions, concerns or issues with a product or service.
