The role of a Returns Administrator is to deal with incoming customer enquiries, arrange collections of stock from customers and liaise with the sales force & other internal departments as appropriate.
Our client are looking for a qualified person to join our Returns Administration team in their Hedge End office and help them achieve their goals.
You will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about stock collections.
Be the first point of contact for all inbound Customer Support Enquires into the contact centre.
