My client is seeking a Customer Service Administrator to join their established team.
You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to over 250 regular customers - internal and external.
Work to key KPI's to ensure the highest levels of customer service are maintained and improved upon and ensure any issues that arise are resolved to an amicable conclusion ensuring customer services expectations are exceeded.
