As an integral part of their team, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the operations manager in managing systems data, operational processes, and supplier relationships to ensure the smooth running of their global operations. The business has rapidly grown into a multi-million global operation, who are committed to maintaining the personal touch of a small business service provider. This role is remotely based but you will need to get to the businesses Kings Cross once a week. So it is essential that you have a great home office set up. There will be occasional travel across UK and Europe. The successful Accounts Manager will be responsible for: Managing purchase orders, receipts, and the invoicing processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy using Xero account software. Being a the primary point of contact for communications with production units, providing timely responses to inquiries. Liaise with production units to ensure products meet client specifications, resolving any non-conformance issues. Maintain optimal stock levels for production runs and coordinate production activities. Manage supplier invoice matching process and address any invoicing issues. Strengthen logistical relationships to enhance the businesses capabilities in chilled, ambient, and international freight routes Record supplier and customer performance data for KPI tracking. Attend team meetings and contribute to process improvements and initiatives.
