This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join a successful team & global fashion brand.
Based in a team of 3, you will be responsible for managing all email & social communications with customers, ensuring that they receive the best possible service when shopping with the business.
We are looking to recruit an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team, based at our Holborn, London office.
The post holder will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer service for our patients, ensuring queries are dealt with appropriately and efficiently.
We deliver innovative, award-winning services including Cleaning, Catering, Security, Technical Services, Energy Management and compliance, front of house, landscaping, logistics, waste management and pest control services to the public and private sectors and our mission is to make people and places the best that they can be.
Hours per week: Variable Shift Rota - 40 hours per week
