To act as a first point of contact for Human Resource & Payroll related enquiries at BRUSH Transformers, ensuring that the department can carry out its tasks and duties effectively, to partner the Transformer Business at all levels.
To provide a full Human Resources administration service for the HR department and to related stakeholders, including payroll support where required.
Main Responsibilities
Be recognised as the first point of contact for human resource and people related matters from all levels, advising, signposting and resolving as appropriate.
He or she will report directly to the Group CFO and have strong interactions with individuals at all levels of the BRUSH Group, up to the CEO.
The Group Tax Director will be the guarantor of compliance with local and international tax regulations, designing and implementing the required policies, procedures, and controls for multiple sites in the UK and overseas.
He or she will also manage relationships with multiple advisors and external stakeholders, including tax authorities across multiple jurisdictions.
Technical expert for the Transformer Service business.
General
Ensuring delivery of all BRUSH Transformer services offered within the portfolio of products, in support of installation, servicing, preventive maintenance, upgrades and product refurbishment.
Through personal delivery, and through the Service team, deliver customer excellence to existing clients, potential customers, and internal BRUSH operational staff.
