You will be in charge of multi drop deliveries of production devices with safety and efficiency and assisting with warehouse activities. The job varies between safely and efficiently operating the company vehicle with multi-drop deliveries and collections in a 3.5 ton panel van. Providing to the Logistics Manager accurate mileage records, vehicle safety checks , vehicle logs for collections and deliveries. Through the Logistics Manager, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition at all times and reporting times when it is not. Have good face to face customer service - providing a presentable, honest on time delivery service to our customers during our summer busy period. Able to follow key logistics activities, following delivery instructions work independently prioritise tasks and problem resolution is important. Suggest process improvements for internal and external customers. Ensure all a health and safety, traffic laws traffic and speed limits are adhered safely transport fragile cargo to various educational institutions. Minimum 5 years driving experience Clean drivers' licence. You will be required to carry out physical tasks heavy picking and packing the van with attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols. A forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential. Must be prepared to, if required, hold CPC driver requirement. The cost of this will be borne by the company. Warehouse Operational Responsibility Learning the various devices and accessories we supply, pick scan batches and stock counts. Boxing and unboxing labelling production devices. Responsible for various warehouse daily tasks packing, stock count, palettizing. Able to work during our busy summer months. A self-starter we are looking for someone to enhance our service. Liaise with internal stakeholders to deliver the following for clients in scope: Account opening: accurate and complete due diligence and client information packs. Client instructions: execution per internal procedures including: identification, call back payments, deposits, loans, FX deals, transfers and securities transactions. Credit applications: preparation and prompt supply of documentation. Client review: assist a timely and robust completion, e.g. PEP, credit and investments. Account monitoring: execution per internal procedures and any follow-on escalations or liaison with clients as appropriate. Record keeping: maintain up to date, clear and comprehensive client, business and transaction records. Ensure data in tracking systems are continually maintained.
