The role: Working in a small team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager who is keen to get involved in all aspects of marketing. Working with the wider marketing team, the Assistant Brand Manager will support with brand activity. Taking the lead on social media, we are looking for a digital expert and the Assistant Brand Manager will have experience working across all social media platforms. As part of a working Distillery, the Assistant Brand Manager will have the opportunity to lead both internal and external events, as well as attending trade shows. You will work across departments to design product packaging that reflects our brand attributes and champion our own brand within the business. Provide a credible own brand proposition to meet differing customer needs and deliver a point of difference, encompassing product range, packaging design, price and promotional activity, range positioning, and quality. Develop compelling RDC and retailer communication to ensure product "pull through." Create and deliver consumer marketing and PR campaigns. Manage the critical path and all elements of the launch to ensure deadlines are met.
