Be the main point of contact for residents before, during & after works.
You will be responsible for making the initial contact with residents, carrying out inductions, keeping them updated, carrying out work in progress visits & carrying out handover / customer satisfaction visits on completion.

Working on planned works and refurbishments/renewals, you will play a key role in resident and community engagement initiatives and communications, liaising with residents to ensure a clear understanding of the nature and scope of works taking place in their home.
