You can pick to work on one of the days, a few of the days or all four days if you prefer! You'll be providing advice and assistance to the general public whilst at the same time making sure that they don't venture onto the track or into other areas where they shouldn't go for their own safety. Hays are looking to recruit an experienced Anti-Social Behaviour Officer in the Merseyside region with hourly rates up to £25 per hour and hybrid working on an ongoing, temporary basis for a Social Housing provider. Your new role You will be responsible for actively managing a caseload of ASB & tenancy fraud matters, investigating and taking appropriate action against perpetrators. You'll prepare relevant legal paperwork for cases including injunctions, possession and access, as well as represent the organisation at court hearings where required. You'll work closely with witnesses, victims and perpetrators of ASB, drafting statements & collecting evidence should legal action be required, and work in partnership with various stakeholders such as the Police, Social Services and the Local Authority to improve neighbourhoods in the area. What you'll need to succeed To be considered for the role, you'll need a good knowledge and understanding of current Housing, ASB & Enforcement Legislations and have at least 6 months' experience in managing, investigating and resolving ASB/Tenancy breach cases within a housing setting. You'll also have experience in the preparation of witness statements, court applications, court attendance and self-representation. You'll also hold a valid driving licence with access to your own vehicle.
