This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing strategic advisory firm based in Central London. The company is looking to recruit an experienced Bookkeeper who is available to work on a part-time basis ( 2 DAYS EVERY WEEK ). Initially the role will be office-based, however once training is completed, hybrid working will be an option. WHAT YOU WILL DO: Setting up payment runs for payroll, employee expenses and suppliers. Reconciling customer payments in multiple currencies (primarily GBP, USD and EUR) in Xero. Reviewing employee expenses. Internal processing of supplier invoices . Expenses invoicing - extracting invoices and receipts from Xero to support expenses recharged to clients. Monthly bookkeeping. WHAT YOU WILL HAVE: Necessary Relevant administrative and bookkeeping experience Competent with Xero Strong organisation and communication skills Desirable Familiar with Dext Payments and banking expertise Exposure to foreign currencies WHAT YOU WILL GET: (benefits will be pro-rated) £30k - £50k pro-rata salary depending on experience Annual bonus scheme and is linked to the company's performance (December).
