Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Dumbarton Salary: £40,000 - £75,000 per year Our client is an American entrepreneurs owned and Glasgow, UK based fast-growing technology and product enterprise. The company develops groundbreaking technologies and market-disruptive products for indoor air clean and disinfection in homes and public gathering places, and other innovative technologies and applications in various industries. Responsibilities: Define and execute the marketing and communication activities according to our marketing plan. Develop and implement multi-channel sales and marketing plans and strategies that drive growth and increase revenue for our Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection products for homes and public gathering sites (schools, hospitals, hotels, train stations, airport, shopping malls, etc.). Conduct market research and analyse customer needs and preferences to develop targeted marketing campaigns and sales pitches. Coordinate all marketing activities to generate leads. Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings. Inform clients and prospects of products and services through creative marketing strategies. Create and manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives specific to the Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection. Track performance of all marketing campaigns Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 5 years' experience in marketing with a proven track record of success. It will be a plus with prior experience in the Indoor Air Clean and Disinfection products. Ability to multi-task Highly experienced in network with retail chains Highly experienced in e-retail platforms (Amazon, Shopify, etc.) and innovative uses AI tools (ChatGPT). Strong verbal, written, organizational and leadership skills.
