Pensions Administrator- 3 Months- Redhill- £17 ph PAYE The successful candidate will play an essential role in high profile client projects and will typically support the lead administration contact during the project delivery phase. They will ideally have a strong broad understanding of the various delivery streams across a pensions administration service and a strong background in final salary pensions administration or buy-ins and buy-outs. Responsibilities: Support for new Speciality client projects, being the a point of contact for the client and attending regular project calls/meetings as required Create and maintain process notes to ensure they meet the client's needs and Outsourcing standards Work on ad hoc client chargeable projects as required Identify and efficiently resolve issues, putting forward solutions which will enable projects to be effectively delivered in accordance with client requirements Gain a good understanding of the Outsourcing administration business, service initiatives and project delivery impact on profitability Skills/Experience: Experience of dealing with occupational pension schemes including DC, DB and/or hybrid arrangements Experience of pensions projects Knowledge of occupational pension scheme buy ins and buy outs an advantage Record of identifying opportunities for improvement with subsequent delivery Previous experience in delivery of pensions administration services to clients and understanding of supporting processes and systems Organised self-starter who takes responsibility for management of own work. (Required) 4 years post registration experience with at least 2 years in an acute field such as ICU/A&E or pre-hospital roles. (Required) Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and with confidence. Must be dynamic and adaptable in response to the unpredictability of international patient transfer. Demonstrate an understanding of normal anatomy & physiology and the impact of disease, illness, injury & stresses of flight on the patient. Have studied or working towards CCAT course or other aeromedical retrieval course. Experience in aeromedical retrievals. Experience of professional or personal international travel.
