The property is their main residence but they do travel with business too. The Principals have had staff who have worked for them for a number of years and have enjoyed working for them, they insist on confidentiality and discretion but are very welcoming. The garden has varying features which include lawns, herbaceous and rose beds and clipped yew, buxus, laurel and beech hedges. Gardener Skill Set: The role would suit someone who is who is able to work alone and have the experience to maintain the garden to a very high standard alongside excellent plant knowledge. Ideally candidates will have RHS qualifications or equivalent and proven practical experience managing the routine maintenance and development of a garden. The ability to operate and maintain mowers and a strimmer, leaf blower, hedge cutters, log splitter and chainsaw. They have installed grass cutting robots which have been a huge success. The candidate would require experience looking after them in their absence or willing to learn. Car owner and full driving licence required. Look after the property and their small dog when the owners are away (this may be the responsibility of the Housekeeper).
