I am delighted to be partnering with a market leading organisation based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds seeking to recruit a Project Billing Analyst in a key role responsible for the billing of projects, working closely with Sales Ledger to ensure all billing is raised in a timely fashion in accordance with terms and responding to customer queries where required.
Key responsibilities will include
Generate billing templates as and when projects have terms agreed to include stage, plot, milestone payments and analyse by utility.
Record all special payment terms on the register once requests have been sent to Sales Ledger for processing.
