One of London's high ranking US Law Firms is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join their fast-paced London finance team to provide direct billing and collections support for all London Partners and Associates.
My client is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator based in Lichfield, you will report to the Head of Customer Services and provide world-class customer service support function to Franchisees and customers across all market sectors.
You will be required to understand the franchisee's business objectives and the support they will require at various stages of the company's journey.
You will be required to build and develop strong working relationships with the Franchisees, promoting a collaborative and mutually respectful partnership.
Local global connectivity company require a billing administrator for maternity cover (max 12 month contract).
This is a full time hybrid position, offering 2 days in office and 3 at home once fully trained.
The role is ideally suited to someone with previous data entry, administration experience and must be of an intermediate - advanced level of using Excel.
