Maintenance Manager Salary: £62000 per annum Sunday to Thursday Commutable from: Peterborough Corby, Kettering, Northampton, Thrapston, Leicester, Market Harborough The Profile The successful Maintenance Manager will ensure smooth running of the PPM part of the business, within the Engineering function. You will have extensive manufacturing experience in the FMCG sector, PPM implementation and management skills, ensure KPI's are met and communicate with internal stakeholders of any issues. The Maintenance Manager will also have practical experience of overseeing PPM schedules, quality and waste. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with Shire Pirana CMM system or similar The Role The Maintenance Manager will report into the Site Engineering Manager and be responsible for: Improving the performance of the equipment on site with asset care and shire pirana CMM system or similar Strong leadership, man management and support Projects Forecasts and improvement plans Manage any down time issues using the CMM Distribution of work load to the team First and second line management Appraisals of the staff Adhering and delivering on KPI's e.g. Planned maintenance, Health and Safety and quality Providing technical leadership - guiding the team on a proactive approach to preventing equipment failure Maintenance manage, Asset care manager , Reliability manager
