We are looking for a Payroll Administrator to join our team! About the role: As a Payroll Administrator, you will work as part of a team to deliver accurate and timely payments to staff for UK and ROI employees. You will also be responsible for the preparation, input, and processing of payroll data in line with statutory and contractual obligations and pre-defined timescales. Key Responsibilities (Day to day duties): Respond to all internal or external pay queries and emails on time. Good telephone manner to verbally deal with and explain all aspects of pay to colleagues in store. Process all types of Parental leave payments. Process statutory forms including P45s, starter declarations, court orders, SSP1's etc Calculating and correcting underpayments and overpayments to colleagues' pay. Accountable for evaluating exception reports from payroll processing and adjusting the payroll system accordingly. Review back pay report against input received. Assist with testing for various payroll-related projects when required. Who we're looking for: Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Oracle HR/Payroll WinSCP Microsoft Word & Excel Previous experience within a similar payroll position is essential Location: We operate a hybrid working policy which means you will be based out of our Milton Keynes Store Support Centre and you decide with your manager and team what works best for you and the role you do! If that means working from home for part of the week, then you can work from home. If you prefer to come into the office full time, or work from one of our stores or distribution centers then you're welcome to do that if you wish! For this particular role, we will need you to work from our Milton Keynes office on Tuesdays & Wednesdays each week. This may be slightly more (up to 4 days per week) on rare occasions in the run-up to our peak seasons. She enjoys going out in her buggy and going to the playground at the park. She has a sensory trolley and fibre optics which she enjoys engaging with. The client is dependent on her parents and current support workers for all of her needs. She has a clinical team including a paediatric occupational therapist, a paediatric physiotherapist and a speech and language therapist that you will be expected to support in implementing their recommended treatment programmes with our client. Personal care will be involved as well as peg feeding. Successful Applicant: Complex care experience is essential. For example, cerebral palsy or brain injury Previous experience working with paediatric clients (children) is essential. Must be able to drive and have access to a vehicle. Able to work unsociable hours (evenings, nights, and weekends). The role will be truly rewarding for someone who is able to communicate effectively, and work with patience, tact, understanding, warmth and compassion.
