About Us: We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Learning/Behaviour Mentor to join a school, working in the vibrant Borough of Hounslow, London.
Students, aged between 5 - 24 years old, present a diverse range of special needs, including SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health), Autism, Learning Difficulties, ADHD, and Challenging Behaviour.
We are currently seeking a Behaviour Support staff member to work with young people with Social and Emotional needs and a diagnosis of Mental Health needs..
We are a school for students with SEMH needs, aged 11-16 and are seeking Behaviour Support mentor to start with us in September 2024.
The ideal candidate will be able to take a theraputic approach and have a strong willingness to work with and make a difference to the lives of vunerable and dissaffected young people, that can display challenging and volatile behaviours.

Are you an experienced Behaviour Mentor with proven experience of building relationships with students and re-engaging them into education and school life?
Are you keen to gain experience with children who have SEN?
This role is ideal if you have experience in SEN, a psychology, crimimology or sociology degree alternativley, have career aspirations to become a Youth Worker, Probation/Prison Officer, Criminal Psychologist, Occupational Therapist or SEN Teacher.
