A School in Halton Liverpoolare looking to recruit a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant for an ASAP start.
As a full-time Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will be working with a Year 9 child with a range of Social, Emotional and Mental Health difficulties.
You will be supporting the child academically in the classroom, and also socially in the playground, providing them with 1:1 support and guidance.
We are looking for respectful, warm and highly motivated individuals to work in Supported Living services within the Ellesmere Port area to support adults who have a learning disability.

To undertake community mental health assessments for the community needs and risks to encourage independence, provide support and prevent harm.
To undertake statutory intervention where community members are deemed to be at risk, including situations where people may be neglected or abused in accordance with the Inter-Agency Policy and Procedures for Safeguarding Adults.
This includes promoting a multi-agency approach in communities by developing and maintaining effective working relationships.

We are looking for a committed, resilient and experienced Social Worker to work within the Connected People's Team based in The Portal, Ellesmere Port.
The post holder will be an integral part of the Connected People's Fostering Team demonstrating their commitment to supporting children and families.
