We are currently looking for a Behaviour Support Assistant to deliver person centred support to individuals who present high levels of complex needs and challenging behaviours associated with learning disabilities, autistic spectrum conditions and mental health problems.

Do you have a passion for working with children with additional needs (social, emotional, mental health, SEN, Behavioural needs)?
As a support worker you will find yourself working in a variety of settings, including people's own homes, in health and social care settings such as supported living services or care homes, and out in the community.
You will be required to support people with a diverse range of needs, including learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries and mental health needs.
For this role you will be working in the (location) area as a child support worker.
Service Care Solutions are recruiting a Core Qualified Mental Health Practitioner to work within a Children and Young Peoples Mental Health Support Team in Lancashire.
The successful applicant will working within a Children and Young People (CYP) Mental Health Support Team who have bases in Greater Preston, Chorley, South Ribble and West Lancashire.
The service supports children, young people and their families focusing on early intervention and delivered on a community and educational setting.
