Do you have experience in working with pupils with challenging behaviour?
Empowering Learning are working alongside a school in the Central Nottingham area (NG8) who are looking to appoint a behaviour & learning mentor to work across their KS2 cohort.
To deliver and co-facilitate a range of evidenced based programmes and group work in partnership with internal and external colleagues in order to support parents and carers.
To support parents and carers in over-coming barriers to help them meet the needs of their children.
The role
To work within an integrated framework to support vulnerable children, young people and families to improve their social, physical and emotional well-being, and to take responsibility for direct and therapeutic interventions, including work with those who may be resistant to engage.
