We are looking for passionate individuals who want to begin working and training as Behaviour Mentors to support our SEND School in Lancing by helping children and young people with SEMH needs (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs).
Applications for the position are welcome from candidates of ranging experience, and training will be provided, although previous experience working with students with SEMH will be helpful.
Through our Early Help Service, we will work with children, families, and young people to help ensure that every person is supported to achieve his or her potential.
