The starting salary for this full-time, permanent role is £40,296 per annum based on 36 hours per week.
About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to join our team at a specialised provision catering to students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.

The provision is located in the picturesque town of Harrogate.
Specialist Behaviour Support Workers are responsible for supporting people with learning disabilities and behavioural needs to live full lives, develop skills, and maintain their wellbeing.
You will be providing support to one customer in her own home in Hemel Hempstead.

(Including evenings and weekends 7am-3pm 2pm-10pm)
Develop and implement individualised strategies to manage behaviour and support emotional regulation.
Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with SEMH needs.
