Role: Medical Receptionist Contract: Temporary Hours: 7.30AM-4.30PM, 3 days per week Pay: £13.00 per hour, paid weekly. Location: Bristol Office Angels National Account are looking for an experienced receptionist to provide cover to their client in Bristol. As a Clinic Receptionist (or Patient Services Executive as we'll call you), you will represent the company in meetings, greeting patients as they arrive at the clinic, or answering the phone to respond to enquiries. Delivering first-class service to everybody is second nature to you, you're friendly, passionate and positive. You deliver a memorable experience of all our patients. You have great attention to detail and you demonstrate this when you're registering new patients, or inputting their data on our systems - everything is done accurately. It's essential that you've got outstanding customer service skills and you've worked in a reception/front of house role with high value customers. Your communication skills are exemplary, you're polite, courteous and helpful to patients at all times. Some duties to include: Professional meet and greet service to all patients entering site. To provide a warm, courteous and prompt response to telephone enquiries. To respond in a timely and professional way to all email correspondence. To ensure correct booking details are taken and recorded accurately in the booking system. To liaise and communicate with other team members and other service departments in a clear and timely manner to ensure service delivery and team work. The ideal candidate: DBS Checked Customer Service focused. Excellent communicator and able to connect with all levels in the business, flexing style as appropriate.
