My client has a busy and expanding Service and maintenance department working for a range of private and commercial clients, the work ranges from large private residences to schools, colleges, universities, pharmaceutical buildings, and many other commercial settings.
We are working with a Tier 1 national contractor on an new major scheme near Oxford and they are in need of a Quantity Surveyor to help the team deliver the scheme.
The scheme is due to start in the late Summer 2024 so there is an opportunity join now and start procurement of the major packages and set the scheme up at really early stages before prestart and then you will be running the scheme from a commercial perspective.
The project is a £30 million new build school bid, won and procured from the DFE framework.
