The main role of the apprentice will be to support our Debt Advice and Insolvency teams in their management and Debt Payment Plans. Responsibilities: Answering the office phone lines and directing customers to the appropriate teams Provide reports to AiB/creditors/debtors using our internal Hubsolve, Excel and Outlook Inputting information into the internal CRM system - Hubsolve Using the Astra Sales CRM system to file and manage client documents and sale notes, alongside managing documents and customer details Weekly reporting on KPIs using Excel and collating this to internal staff Completion of all work in line with internal processes and legislation Observe complete confidentiality on every occasion to protect client and employee information in line with Data Protection laws.
